Welcome to Advitty (“we,” “our,” “us,” or “the Platform”). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, https://www.advitty.com/, and our mobile application available on the Google Play Store.
Advitty is an online classified platform that enables users to discover, list, buy, and sell new and pre-owned products.
By accessing or using Advitty, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue using the Platform.
By using Advitty, you confirm that:
You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.
You will provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account or publishing a listing.
You will use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
If you are using the Platform on behalf of another person or organization, you have the authority to do so.
Users who are minors must use the Platform only as permitted by applicable law and with appropriate parental or guardian involvement where required.
Advitty provides an online platform that allows users to publish classified advertisements and discover products offered by other users.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Advitty is not the owner, seller, purchaser, manufacturer, or supplier of products listed by users. We facilitate discovery and connections between users but are not a party to transactions conducted directly between buyers and sellers.
Users are responsible for independently evaluating products, sellers, prices, and transaction terms.
Certain features may require you to register for an account.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date registration information.
Keep your login credentials confidential.
Be responsible for activities carried out through your account, subject to applicable law.
Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Avoid creating accounts using false identities or misleading information.
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, subject to applicable law.
Users may publish advertisements for products they are legally entitled to sell.
When creating a listing, you agree to:
Provide accurate descriptions, prices, photographs, and other relevant details.
Disclose known defects or material limitations of the product.
Ensure that you have the legal right to sell the advertised item.
Keep listing information reasonably current.
Remove or update listings when products are no longer available.
Comply with applicable advertising, consumer protection, and product safety laws.
Advitty does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, quality, legality, or availability of every listing posted by users.
Users must not use Advitty to publish, promote, buy, sell, or facilitate activities involving:
Illegal goods, stolen property, or counterfeit products.
Weapons, explosives, or other prohibited items except where expressly permitted by applicable law and Platform policy.
Narcotic drugs, controlled substances, or other unlawful products.
Fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, or impersonating advertisements.
Products or services that infringe intellectual property rights.
Content that is defamatory, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or unlawful.
Adult or sexually exploitative content, including any content involving minors.
Spam, phishing, malware, or other harmful activities.
Any product, service, or activity prohibited by applicable law or our published policies.
We may remove listings, restrict accounts, or cooperate with lawful requests from relevant authorities when reasonably necessary.
Buyers and sellers are responsible for negotiating and completing their transactions.
Before completing a purchase, buyers should:
Verify the seller's identity and contact information where reasonably possible.
Inspect the product or request sufficient photographs and details.
Confirm the final price, delivery arrangements, and payment method.
Avoid making payments to unverified parties when the transaction appears suspicious.
Retain relevant transaction communications and payment records.
Sellers are responsible for accurately representing their products, communicating transaction terms, and fulfilling commitments they make to buyers.
Advitty does not guarantee that a buyer will purchase a listed product or that a seller will complete a transaction.
Unless a specific feature expressly provides otherwise, Advitty does not process, hold, or guarantee payments between users.
Prices displayed in classified listings are provided by the respective sellers.
Any payment, deposit, delivery charge, service fee, or other transaction expense must be clearly understood by the parties before they proceed.
If Advitty introduces paid listing services, promotional packages, subscriptions, or other paid features, the applicable prices, payment conditions, renewal terms, and refund policies will be communicated separately.
Users must not use Advitty to facilitate fraudulent payment requests or unauthorized financial transactions.
Product condition, warranties, delivery, returns, exchanges, and refunds are primarily matters between the buyer and seller unless Advitty expressly offers a relevant service or policy.
Buyers should confirm whether an item is new, used, refurbished, damaged, or subject to any warranty before purchasing it.
Advitty does not independently guarantee product quality, authenticity, safety, or suitability and is not responsible for a seller's failure to deliver or a buyer's failure to pay, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
We encourage all users to exercise caution when communicating or transacting with others.
You should not share passwords, one-time passwords (OTPs), banking credentials, or sensitive personal information with other users.
Report suspected scams, suspicious listings, impersonation, or unlawful activity through the contact channels made available by Advitty.
We may investigate reported issues and take appropriate action. However, we cannot guarantee that every fraudulent listing or user will be detected or removed before harm occurs.

By submitting a listing, photograph, description, or other content, you retain ownership of your content and grant Advitty a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, and improve the Platform, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit the content and grant this license.
